Coarse Tooth Blade

We are delighted to offer two really great saws for spooncarvers, campers, hunters, rustic furniture makers....They are called Pocket Boy Saws - made by Silky Saws, they come exceptionally sharp, and maintain a keen edge for an amazingly long time. The coarse toothed blade is for cutting branches in the field and heavier work at the bench. The 'Extra fine' we recommend as a bench saw for doing fine work in both green and dry woods. A couple of years ago Jogge Sundquist gifted me with this set - it's one of the finest-made & most useful things I've ever been given. I even put aside my pruning shears for cuts over 1/2 inch in my apple orchard - because even the coarse saw makes a finer and cleaner cut! The Blades are 170 mm / 6.5" long, the handle is 8".
